Before any work could begin on site, Ritchie Brothers has the task of clearing the existing site to enable the building to be set out, which is being carried out by the Main Contractor Sharkey. 

Our works involved the groundworks required for the new extension, including the foundations and ground floor slab, which are set on vibro-compacted piles because of the ground conditions.
