The works comprised all substructure, drainage, external and site works associated with the construction of 17 flatted dwellings in Livingston Village for this major national house builder. Extremely poor ground conditions led to the requirement for complicated foundation design, which was managed effectively through the proactive approach of both Ritchie Brothers site team and the Thomas Mitchell engineers. 

Further to the groundworks for the project, Ritchie Brothers carried out the structural flooring works in the Mews Building as part of various additional work packages. 

The works were completed on time and in budget and the success of this project has led to numerous prestigious developments being undertaken as a subcontractor to the Thomas Mitchell team.
