Max is a high quality, large scale warehouse/distribution facility of up to 655,000 sq ft, which is scheduled for completion at the end of 2007.

The unit will be constructed in two parts comprising 240,000 sq ft and 380,000 sq ft which can be combined to provide a total of 655,000 sq ft should the prospective tenant require it.

Ritchie Brothers have been awarded the groundworks, drainage and roadworks and work began at the end of 2006.
